After getting my cooking degree in France, I  travelled a lot for

25 years in order to acquire culinary skills. I had the privilege

to cook for the BECKHAM family, the COSTANZO family in

Roma and other families just as prestigious in places such as villas, mountain lodges, yachts and mansions based on the French Riviera where I made my dream come true : manage my own restaurant " le moulin enchanté" in Nice during 7 beautiful years.

Since then, I have re orientated my career as a private chef, to deliver

a fine cuisine full of flavors.

Ability to offer rental villa and yacht days/weeks/month direct owner and agency.
